Sweet Potato Dish

Recipe: 6-8 sweet potatoes or yams stick of butter 3/4 cup of orange juice 1/2 tsp. of cinnamon 1/2 tsp. of nutmeg 1 cup packed brown sugar 1/4 cup regular sugar Boil sweet potatoes or yams (not peeled) until done. Cool completely and peel off skins. Slice potatoes 1/2 inch thick. Layer in a 13X9 pan. Mix all other ingredients on low heat. Pour mixture over sweet potatoes/yams and bake at 350 degrees until bubbly. Sprinkle miniature marshallows over the top of the sweet potatoes/yams. Allow the marshallows to become golden brown.
