Ingredients:
3lbs ground beef
1 envelope onion soup mix
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 bag of tater tots
Preheat oven to 400. Put tater tots on a cookie sheet. Brown ground beef in a large skillet, until done. Mix in the onion soup mix and cream of mushroom soup.Put in a 9x13 baking dish. Top with shredded cheese. Remove tater tots from oven and layer them on top of the casserole. put the casserole in the oven and bake for 25 min. , or until tater tots are browned and cheese is melted. This is a great dish for a large family! Or you can freeze leftovers for another day. |
