Ingredients: 8oz pkg. cream cheese/ 1 can of sweetened condensed milk/ 1/3 cup lemon juice/ 1 9 inch graham cracker crust/ 1 can fruit topping (cherry or blueberry are favorites)/ Soften cream cheese for 20 seconds in microwave. Beat with mixer until fluffy. Add the swtnd cond. milk and the lemon juice. Mix with spoon until just blended, then beat with mixer on low until smooth (for about 20-30 seconds. Pour into pie crust and chill for 1 hour. Top with fruit topping of your choice. |
