Recipe: 1 Pack of chicken breast (2-3 lbs) 1 Can of condensed cream of chicken soup 1/2 Cup of chopped onions(optional) 1/2 Cup of chopped sweet peppers (optional) Black pepper to taste 1/2 Tablespoon of olive oil Brown chicken in olive oil, place chicken in a baking pan, add soup (spread over chicken). Sprinkle onions and peppers over chicken, then add pepper to taste. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Serve with rice, pasta or potatoes. Calories: 275 (Serving size 1/2 of a split breast) Calories does not including side dishes) Note: Add a small amount of water if you like your gravy thinner.
