Holiday Cheese Ball (cheap and fast)
2 oz cream cheese
8 oz Sharp cheddar cheese
tsp. chopped green onion
tsp. chopped jalapeno
tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of pepper & salt
crused pecans
Soften cream cheese in micorwave for 1 minute in a medium size bowl. Then add cheese and rest of ingredients, except for pecans. Then roll half of mixture into a ball. In another bowl, pour pecans and roll ball into pecans covering all sides of ball. Then wrap with saran wrap and refrigerate for 24 hours. Continue with other half of mixture and roll into pecans.
Great with any kind of crackers. Especially a box of Hi-Ho.
