2 c. sugar
6 Tblsp. flour
2 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
2 Tblsp. butter
Mix dry ingredients very well. Add milk. Cook until thick (stir often to avoid sticking to the bottom of the pan). Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla. Mix well.
This recipe makes a LOT of sauce, so if you're not making it for many people, you can cut the recipe in half and still have a fair amount of fudge sauce! |
