Ingredients---
1 (5 lb.) bag of potatoes
3 (15 oz.) jars of Cheez Whiz
1 package of Beek Keilbasa
some milk and butter
2 tbsp. garlic powder
Peel and cut the potatoes into chunks, then boil as you would for mashed potatoes in a large pot. When perfectly soft, drain and return to pot. Add some milk and butter, then use electric mixer as you would for mashed potatoes. Add the garlic powder, microwave 1 jar at a time of the Cheez Whiz for 1:30 (varies according to microwaves) and add all of the Cheez Whiz. Mix with mixer again. Cut Beef Keilbasa into small chunks and add to mixture. Simmer for 20 minutes while stirring to allow flavors to mingle. It's a very cheap, filling, and delicious meal. Thanks Mom! |
