Recipe: you will need the following 2 lbs ground beef 2 bags shredded mild cheddar cheese 2 jars salsa (mild, medium, hot) tortilla chips brown beef in skillet and put in microwaveable bowl. Add cheese, salsa and mix. Put additional cheese on top and microwave for 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Use tortilla chips to scoop up mixture. Recipe is enough for a large family or a get together. (also good with fritos scoops chips) May be used as a meal or appetizer.
