Quickie Bundt Cake

Base: Camp Lejeune, NC
Recipe: 1 pkg. cake mix 1 pkg. instant pudding mix 4 eggs 1 c. oil 1 c. water Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients well; then beat on medium speed for two minutes. Pour into sprayed or greased bundt pan. Bake 50-60 minutes, or until cake springs back when touched lightly. Let cool ten mintes, then invert onto cake rack and cool completely. Frost, sprinkle with powdered sugar, serve with Cool-Whip, or serve alone; it's moist & delicious by itself! Note: For diabetics or those more health-conscious, substitute sugar-free pudding mix (and cake mix, if you can find it!); use canola oil, or substitute unsweetened applesauce for the oil, or use 3/4 fat-free sour cream & 1/4 canola oil. You also may use egg substitute in place of the eggs.
