Recipe: 1-2 lbs hamburger meat 1 46 oz can of tomato juice any kind of vegetables you may like to add (corn, sweet peas, string beans, potatoes, etc.) Brown and drain hamburger meat. Put meat in a quart pan, add tomato juice and the vegetables. Cook on low-med heat until vegetables are done. Add seasonings as you may like. Makes 4-8 servings depending on your serving.
