Shepards pie

Recipe: Shepards pie: 1lb ground beef 2 pkgs gravy mix(brown) 1 onion, chopped 1 pkg frozen peas and carrots salt and pepper to taste. In a large saucepan fill 1/2 full of water and boil ground beef for 20 mins. add peas and carrots and onion boil for another 25 mins. add brown gravy mix and simmer for 5 mins. put in baking dish and top with mash potatoes bake at 325 until the potatoes are hard and are a little brown on top. Be sure not to have to much of the gravy in baking dish or it will bubble out of the dish and potatoes will be too soft
