Chicken and Cheese Casserole

Recipe: 4 Chiken breasts 2 Cans Mexi-corn 2 Cans Cream of chicken soup 1 Can diced green chiles 2 Cups shredded cheese (I use Colby/jack) 1 Can biscuits Pre-heat oven to temperature on the biscuit can. Cut chicken into bite size pieces and cook in a frying pan with your favorite seasoning. While the chicken is cooking mix corn, soup, chiles and cheese in a casserole dish. When chicken is done add it to the mixture. Place biscuits on top and bake unitl the biscuits are golden brown. We serve ours with a green salad.
