Poppy Seed Chicken

Recipe: 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast Ritz Crackers 2 sticks margerine 1 16oz sour cream 2 cans cream of chicken soup poppy seed preheat oven to 350, cut chicken into bite size cubes and boil for about 10 minutes. Mix boiled chicken, sour cream, 2 tablespoons of poppy seed and soup together in a bowl. Melt both sticks of butter. Crush 2 packages of ritz crackers and add to butter along with 3 tablespoons of poppy seed. Mix well. Add half of cracker mixture to cassarole dish then pour on chicken mixture add remaing cracker mixture to top and add a dash of poppy seed all over. Bake for about 30 minutes or untill hot and bubbly. Serve over egg noodles. Very quick and easy and tasty
