Recipe: 1-16oz tub of Cool Whip 1 cup pecan pieces 1 package of pistachio pudding 1-1/2 cup of miniature marshmellows 1 28oz can of crushed pineapple Let Cool whip thaw out. Once thawed, mix all ingredients into large bowl. Make sure the pineapple juice goes in also. Stir together and put in refrigerator for 1 hour before serving. Makes a great picnic or potluch dish for dessert.
