Makes about 8 cups.
(great for Kids)
5 cups sweetened whole-grain oat cereal w/ honey and almonda
1 cup pretzel sticks
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tbl margarine or butter
1 cup of rasins
1 cup honey-roasted peanuts
heat oven to 350
mix cereal and pretezel sticks in a large bowl. Heat peanut butter and margarine to boiling in a 1-quart sauscepan, stiring occasionally; pour over cereal mixture. toss until evenly coated. Spead in ungreased rectangular pan.
bake uncovered for 10 min, stiring occasionally. remove from oven, stir in rasins and peanuts. spead over waxed paper; cool completely. Store in an air tight container. |
