Pineapple Cheese Casserole

Recipe: 1/2 cup sugar 3 T flour 1 20 oz can pineapple chunks, drained and reserve juice 2 T reserved juice 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Topping: 1 stick butter or margarine 3/4 cup crushed Ritz crackers Preheat oven to 350. In a bowl combine flour, sugar and juice. Mix well. Add pineapple and cheese; stir. Put in a baking dish(I use a loaf pan). Spread crackers evenly over mixture. In microwave or saucepan melt butter or marg and pour evenly over crackers. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until crackers are golden-brown and bubbling. Let cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
