take two boxes of cake mix ,bake cake by directions on box ,when last cake is put in,in a 6-8 quart pot stir in (1) 16ozs jar of peanutbutter (1-2)cups of sugar-sweeten to taste (1-2)cups of white karo syurp mix inger. place on med. heat with just a small amount of hot water,stir until smooth and sweeten to your taste,once mixed and smooth ,start with the first cake layer cooled, using a spatule or butterknife spread peanutbutter icing over cake layers, cake will keep up to a week if left out and up to 2-4weeks in the freezer. it is very very good with milk, enjoy. |
