(Brisket Marinade)
1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1 teaspoon dried dumin
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 cloves garlic--chopped
1/4 Cup Worcestershire sauce
2 Cups Ketchup
3 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon dried Oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 stick butter
1 large onion--diced
1/4 cup "A-1" steak sauce
1/4 Cup white vinegar
Juice of 1 lemon
Blend ingredients. Cook over low heat. Marinade Brisket. Cook as preferred. |
