Recipe: This recipe is very easy and your family will love it. You will need 2-3 pounds of steak. I use round steak because it is less expensive. You may want more steak depending on your family size. Cover the steak in a flour mixture with some salt and pepper. Brown both sides of each steak and place the steaks in a dutch oven type pan. Take 2-3 cans of diced seasoned tomatoes. I use the ones with diced chiles in them. I also blend mine up a little bit in the blender to make them more smooth. Pour the mixture of the steak, add your own seasonings and bake in the oven at 250 degrees for about 3-4 hours. The meat will be extremely tender and the flour from the breaded steaks will have made a gravy. I serve mine over rice. Enjoy!
