1 cup Ocean Spray Cranberry juice
1 (3-ounce)package raspberry flavored gelatin regular or sugar free
1 (16-ounce) can Ocean Spray jellied Cranberry Sauce or CranRaspberry Cranberry raspberry Sauce
2 cups frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
Heat cranberry juice cocktail in saucepan until it comes to a boil. Remove from heat. stir in gelatin until dissolved. Beat cranberry sauce in a bowl 1 minute, using an electric mixer at high speed. stir into gelatin mixture. Chill in refrigerator 2 1/2 hours, or until thickened, but not set. Fold non-dairy whipped topping into gelatin mixture, mixing until thoroughly blended. Spoon into dessert dishes and chill until firm. Makes 8 servings. |
