3 oz. PKG. Lemon jello
1 Can Crushed Pineapple, packed in its own juice
2 C. grated Carrots
3/4 C. Water
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add pineapple with juice and carrots. Stir. Chill in refrigerator until firm. Serves 4-5. |
