9 cups Chex cereal(any kind), 1 cup chocolate chips, 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter, 4 TBS stick butter, 1tsp vanilla, 2 cups powdered sugar.
Melt chocalate chips, pb, and butter in a pan on low heat. When smooth, add vanilla. Put Chex in large bowl and pour mixture over top. Fold together until cereak is well coated. Put it in a large leak proof bag. Add two cups of powdered sugar. Shake to coat cereal. Spead on wax paper to cool. Store in airtight containers. |
