Mexican CrockPot Casserole

Recipe: 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup chopped green pepper 16 oz. can pinto or kidney beans(rinsed&drained) 15 oz. can black beans 10 oz. can Rotel tomatoes 1/3 cup of water 1 tsp. chili powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese 6 flour tortillas (6-7 inch) Cook beef, onion, and green peppers. Drain. Add next 7 ingredients. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and cover and simmer 10 minutes. Combine cheeses. Layer in crock pot 1. 3/4 cup beef mixture 2. flour tortilla 3. 1/2 cup of cheese mixture Repeat Layers ending with cheeses. Cook on low for 5-7 hours. Serve and Enjoy. Yummy! My favorite recipe. :)
