1 Box of Yellow cake Mix
1 Can of Cherry pie filling
1 Can of Crushed Pineapple in its own juice (soup can size)1 stick of melted butter
1 small package of chopped pecans
1 10 x 13 pan
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Dump the cherry pie filling in bottom of pan, drain 1/2 of the juice from the pineapple amd dump, then dump the cake mix. Spread the cake mix evenly. Pour the butter over the top of the mixture, then sprinkle the nuts on top. Cook for 30-35 minutes, or until nice and golden on top. This recipe is always a great hit with friends and family. When I make it for a social event, I am always asked for the recipe. When I tell everyone how easy the recipe is, they can't believe it.
**I know it is hard to believe that you don't add eggs or milk, but just wait till you try it! |
