4 Cheese and Broccoli Maniccotti

Recipe: 1 Package maniccotti 1 Large ricotta cheese 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese 1/3 cup grated romano cheese 2 cups mozzarella cheese 2 broccoli crowns 2 cans cream of mushroom 1 1/2 cups water 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp thyme 1 tsp rosemary 1/2 tsp salt In a large bowl mix all cheeses (save some mozzarella)and spices. In a seperate bowl mix cream of mushroom and water. shave of broccoli florettes with a small knife (do not get any of the stem)and mix in most of the broccoli with the cheeses. Stuff the raw maniccotti shells with cheese and broccoli mixture. In a 9x11 pan pour some cream of mushroom to line pan. Place stuffed maniccotti in the pan and then pour the rest of the cream of mushroom.top with remaining mozzarella and broccoli. Cover with foil and bake @ 350 for 1 hr 10 mins. or until maniccotti is tender.
