1/2 cup butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 bananas, overripe and mashed
1 c. of nuts
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
Cream butter and sugar. Add remaining ingredients and bake at 350 for 60-70 minutes in a greased/floured loaf pan. (Also makes excellent muffins in about 20 mins.) |
