Recipe: 1-1/2 lbs ground chuck 1 large onion, chopped 2 cans chili beans, undrained 1 (15oz.) can whole kernel corn, undrained 1 (15oz.) can tomato sauce 1 (14oz.) can chopped Rotel tomatoes, undrained 1 (1 1/4 oz.) envelope taco seasoning mix 1 (1oz.) envelope Ranch style dressing mix 1 1/2 cups water Brown meat with onions over medium heat until done. Drain off any fat. Stir in beans and the next 6 ingredients into the meat mixture; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook for 15-30 minutes; stirring occasionally. Serve hot with toppings: sour cream, tomatoes, tortilla chips(crushed), jalpeno peppers, cheddar cheese, lettuce--or whatever mexican things you like! ENJOY!!!!!
