Recipe: Polish Kielbasa w/Pasta & Veggies Note: This is a really cheap but great meal if you are out on a limb. Even the picky eaters of your household will enjoy it. Ingredients: 1 pkg. Polish Kielbasa,chopped into pieces(to make it go farther you can cut the link in half and save for another meal) 1 tsp. Paprika,or to taste 2 tsp. Garlic,or to taste 1-2 Tb.Oil 1/2 pound fresh green beans, cut up 12-16 oz. dry spagetti Parmesan cheese to taste Directions: Bring a large pot of water to a rapid boil and add spagetti noodles and cut green beans. Cook about 6-7 min or until pasta is done. Drain. Meanwhile, heat a skillet over medium heat and add oil. Add chopped polish kielbasa pieces and garlic. Sprinkle with paprika. Lightly brown the ingredients. When the meat is cooked through add the meat(including oil) to the drained spagetti and green beans. Toss lightly. The oil will help the spagetti not to stick together. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
