Italian Pasta Bake

Recipe: Ingrediants: 1 lb. ground beef, 8 oz. broken spaghetti or 3 cups of penne pasta, 3/4 c. grated parmesan cheese, 1 jar (26-28 oz.) spaghetti sauce, 1 pkg. (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella Cooking Directions: 1. Cook pasta to desired doneness and drain 2. Brown meat in a large skillet; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and 1/2 c. of parmesan cheese. 3. Spoon into 13x9 in. baking dish. Top with mozzarella and remaining 1/4 c. of parmesan cheese. 4. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 min. Prep time: 10 min. Bake time: 20 min. Serves: 6
