Recipe: 1# ground lean beef, crumbled------1/2 cup water 1 med. onion, finely chopped 1 can (8oz) tomato sauce 1 pkj.(1 3/4 oz) taco seasoning mix 1 can (2 1/4 oz) sliced olives, well drained 3/4 cup small curd cottege cheese 1 egg 6 oz jack or mozzarella cheese 8 corn tortillas, cut in half 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips Brown beef, add onion, tomato sauce, taco seasoning, olives and water. Cook until water is gone. Mix egg and cottege cheese together. Put corn shells in the bottom of a 2 quart dish, layer meat with cheese and cottege cheese, repeat ending with cheddar cheese and taco chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
