Enchilada Casserole

Recipe: Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef chopped onion (to taste) 2 cans enchilada sauce 1 package flour tortillas grated cheddar cheese sliced black olives (optional) Brown ground beef with onion and drain well. Add 1 and 1/2 cans of sauce to beef. Layer beef mixture, flour tortillas and grated cheese in round casserole dish ending with cheese. Top with black olives (optional). Pour remaining 1/2 can of sauce around edges of tortillas. Cook in preheated 350 degree oven approximately 30 minutes or until bubbly. Note: May be made ahead and refrigerated. Adjust cooking time.
