1 box Strawberry Cake Mix
3 0z. Strawberry Jello box
8 0z. Cool whip
Mix and bake cake according to package and bake in a greased 13x9 inch pan. Poke the top of cake with holes, I use a wooden spoon handle. Make jello according to package directions. As soon as the jello dissolves in the water poor it over the cake and let it soak completely in. Once your cake is cool you can frost with cool whip. If strawberries are in season we like to chop some up and sprinkle them on top before serving. This is a nice refreshing cake I think you will enjoy. |
