1 C margarine,1 C white sugar, 1 C brown sugar, 2 eggs, 2/3 C peanut butter, 2 tsp. baking soda, 2 tsp vanilla, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 C flour, 2 C oatmeal
Cream together margarine, sugars, eggs, and peanut butter. Add soda, vanilla, and salt. Stir, then add flour and oatmeal: mix well. Press on large cookie sheet with sides. Bake 10 min or till light brown on top at 350*
ICING: 1/2 C peanut butter, 1 C powdered sugar, 6 Tbsp. milk, 12 oz. bag Chocolate chips
Mix all icing ingredients except chocolate chips. Take cookie sheet from oven and immediately sprinkle all chocolate chips over cookie bar. Drizzle icing over this and spread with knife. Cut when cool. ENJOY! |
