1 lb cubed beef
3 cloves garlic
1 tbs oil
1 package onion soup mix
2 cups water
1 lb potatoes cut into cubes
4 carrots chopped
2 cups frozen peas
1 16oz. can tomatoes
Brown beef and chopped garlic in oil in large pot. Add water, soup mix and tomatoes, bring to boil. Add other ingredients and simmer until potatoes are soft. |
