Roasted Garlic Asparagus

Recipe: Ingredients: 1 lb. thin asparagus 6 cloves of garlic, chopped fine 4 tablespoons of olive oil Snap woody ends from asparagus and place on a foil-lined sheet pan. Combine garlic and olive oil and drizzle mixture over asparagus, rolling asparagus to coat somewhat evenly. Broil for 8-10 minutes, until garlic is dark brown and crispy (watch closely, as garlic can go from brown to burned quickly). Remove from oven and serve immediately. Four servings.
