Recipe: boil 2.5 cups of water with 2 chicken cubes,salt and pepper to taste,3 chicken breast cut in small pieces,half pack of sazon with coloring (this seasoning is found in the hispanic food section in the commissary and it comes in 8 packs in a box),parsley and cilantro cut in small pieces.let boil for about 45 minutes then put 1.5 cups of rice cook in meduim-high,when water is almost all absorved mix, cover and low heat,cook for about 20 more minutes (mix rice after the first 10 minutes,recover and finish cooking)
