Key Lime Pie

Recipe: This recipe is so easy, your kids can make it with very little supervision. Key Limes are different from regular limes. They are small and round (golf ball sized) and yellow when ripe. Mix two 14 ounce cans of Sweetened Condensed Milk (I use the Borden Magnolia brand) with 3 egg yolks and 3/4 cup of Key Lime Juice. (About 15 key limes will give you enough juice. Squeezing the limes to get the juice is fun for the kids.) Just mix it until it is blended nicely, and pour into a ready made graham cracker crust. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes. Let it cool for one hour then put in in the fridge until firm(about 4 hours.) Serve it with whipped cream or cool whip on top.
