Ice Cream Bomb

Recipe: Basic ingredients: any flavor cake mix or brownie mix that you prefer 3 pints of different flavored ice creams, softened Make the brownie or cake according to package directions. Let cool completely. Place a 1 1/2 qt bowl over cake and cut to the shape of the bowl (easiest if you make a 9x13 cake). Save the scraps to mix in with ice cream or to eat alone. Place saran wrap along the inside of the bowl to cover it completely. Smooth one pint of ice cream along the inside of the bowl to cover completely. Freeze for 20 minutes. Smooth the second pint of ice cream over the first layer and freeze for 20 minutes. Repeat with the last pint of ice cream, top off with the cake and freeze for 20 minutes. Remove from freezer a few minutes before serving. Place cake side down on platter and remove bowl by grabbing plastic wrap and pulling bowl up an off. Enjoy! You can even cover the top layer of ice cream with cool whip and hot fudge sauce before serving.
