Olive Garden Pasta e Fagioli

Recipe: 1 pound hamburger 1 small onion, diced 1 large carrot, diced 3 stalks celery, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 2- (14.5 oz.) cans diced tomatoes 1 (15oz.) can red kidney beans, do not drain 1 (15oz.) can great northern beans, do not drain 1 (15oz.) can tomato sauce 1 (12oz.) can tomato V8 juice 1 Tbsp. white vinegar 1&1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. oregano 1 tsp. basil 1 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. thyme 1/2 pound (1/2 pkg.) ditali pasta 1. Brown meat, drain fat. Add vegetables & garlic, cook 10 minutes. 2. Add remaining ingredients, EXCEPT pasta and simmer 1 hour. 3. Add pasta and cook another 15 to 20 minutes.
