Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Recipe: 1lb hambuger 1 egg 1 tbsp. cornstarch 1/2 tsp. salt 1 cup pineapple juice 1 tbsp. soy sauce 3 tbsp. vinegar 3 tbsp. cornstarch 6 tbsp. water 1/2 cup sugar 1 can (15 oz.) chunk pineapple, drained and juice used above Mix hamburger, egg, first tablespoon of cornstarch and salt together well. Shape into balls. Heat a large skillet, sprinkle with salt and fry meatballs until done. Remove from skillet and place on a covered plate with a paper towel to absorb grease. In a large saucepan combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Stir constantly when addind cornstarch. Over medium heat, cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add meatballs and chunk pineapple. Cook till heated through stirring gently so not to break the meatballs. Serve over rice.
