Famous Peanut Butter Balls |

4 sticks of butter (softened)
2 1/2 boxes of powered sugar
2 cups of Peanut Butter (better with Reese's PB)
2 pkgs of chocolate bark--semi sweet is best
Mix butter, powered sugar, peanut butter in medium bowl.
Melt chocolate in medium saucepan on simmer. Roll balls and place on waxpaper. Place balls in freezer for about 5 minutes. Remove balls from freezer. Drizzle chocolate on balls. Can be messey but they look great. Or dip half of ball in chocolate and replace on waxpaper. Replace in freezer for 5 minutes.
Depending on size can make 3 dozen.
A favorite at bbqs, potlucks, and family dinners. |
