1 lbs ground beef (80% lean)
1 egg
2 tbs all-purpose flour
1/2 onion, finely chopped
3 tbs hot salsa
1/4 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp ground red pepper
Description:
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Form mixture into meatballs, then fry in margarine or butter, until done.
Serve with gravy and boiled potatoes. |
