1 12 ox package vanilla wafers, crushed
5 Tablespoons bourbon or brandy
1 11.5 ounce bag chocolate chips
1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
crushed nuts
Mix vanilla wafer crumbs and bourbon.
Melt chocolate, remove from heat, and add sweetened condensed milk.
Gradually stir in crumb mixture.
Chill.
Shape mixture into balls.
Roll in nuts.
These freeze well. Take out of the freezer a few hours before you plan to serve. |
