Creamy Deviled eggs Name: Brianne Warren Base: JBER Recipe: 12 hardboiled eggs- peeled, cut in half take egg yolks from all 12 eggs and place them in a bowl take 1 8oz package of cream cheese, 2 tbs mustard and 1tsp lemon juice and mix with egg yolks, hand mixer works best when the mixture has no lumps fill egg whites with mixture and top with pepper or paprika. great for picnics- no mayo!
