Garlic-Lime Chicken

Recipe: 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/8 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon thyme 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or 8-12 chicken tenderloins 1 1/2 tablespoons butter 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil 3 tablespoons lime juice lime zest, if available 1/3 cup low sodium chicken broth In a small bowl, combine first 7 ingredients. Sprinkle on both sides of chicken. In a large skillet, heat butter and olive oil together over medium-high heat; saute chicken until golden brown, about 5 minutes on each side (for breasts). Add lime juice, lime zest and chicken broth to the skillet. Scrape up the good bits off the bottom of the pan and allow the sauce to thicken a bit before serving.
