Recipe: SERVINGS 4-6 UNITS US 1 lb ground beef 1 (15 ounce) can chili beans 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes 1 medium diced onion 1⁄4 cup diced green pepper 1 tablespoon chili powder 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cumin 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder 1⁄8 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1⁄8 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon sugar 1⁄2 lb cooked macaroni DIRECTIONS Brown meat,onion, and green pepper. Drain. Add remaining ingredients except macaroni. Bring to a simmer. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Add cooked macaroni. Stir well and serve.
