Peach Cobbler

Recipe: INGREDIENTS Nutrition SERVINGS 4 UNITS US 3 cups fresh peaches, sliced 1 cup sugar 1 tablespoon cornstarch 3⁄4 cup water 2⁄3 cup Bisquick (I used 1 c.) 3 tablespoons sugar 3 tablespoons butter, melted 1⁄2 cup milk vanilla ice cream or whipped cream DIRECTIONS Cook peaches, sugar, cornstarch and water on stove until thick. Place in baking dish. Mix Bisquick, sugar, melted butter, and milk. Drop on top of peach mixture. Bake 20-25 minutes at 375 degrees. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
