Recipe: Green Spinach Smoothie Recipe: Rinse 2 cups of fresh spinach. Place in blender. Add 2 cups of your choice of either water, coconut milk or almond milk. Blend. Add in 3 cups total of your choice of fruits (i.e. Bananas, Mango, Apples, Pineapple, Peach, Berries, Avocado). Blend again until smooth. Serve and enjoy! *Optional: add in 1 tbsp. chia seeds or flaxseeds Yields ~32 ounces. Serves 2.
