Recipe: Take 4 boneless skinless chicken breast, cut them into bite sized cubes. Put them into a large bowl, season with parsley, adobo, garlic salt, and two packets of Sazon. Add a tablespoon of olive oil. Mix and cover for 4-6 hours. Get wooden skewers, place enough chicken to fill 3/4 of the stick. You can either grill or cook in the oven. On the grill they tend to cook very fast 10mins. And in the oven usually 25-30mins at 400 degrees. I usually use foil paper over the rack easy pick up because of the bbq sauce. Halfway through, rub them bbq sauce, also rotating them to cook evenly. And enjoy! My sons love them! Call them chicken on a stick!
