Recipe: 4 Cups flour 1 Package dry yeast 1 Teaspoon salt 1 1/3 Cups hot water 3 Tablespoons cooking oil 1 Tablespoon honey coarse salt (optional) Combine 1 1/2 cups flour, yeast, salt. Add liquid ingredients and mix well until smooth about 2 minutes. Add enough flour to make a moderatly stiff dough and knead for 3-5 minutes. Cut into 12 pieces. Roll each piece so it looks like a snake and shape into a pretzel. On a greased sheet bake in preheated oven at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Handshake coarse salt on top before cooking if desired.
